Ask us about your information
Last updated 22 August 2026
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. There is no charge for a reasonable request and you do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email privacy@lenniefarms.com or message +233 24 812 3352 on WhatsApp.
Tell us: your name, the phone number you deal with us on, and what you want — a copy, a correction, deletion, or to stop marketing.
What happens next
- We confirm we received it, normally the same working day.
- We check it is really you. We may ask you to confirm a detail only you would know, such as a recent order. This protects you — we will not hand your details to someone else who claims to be you.
- We do the work and reply as quickly as we can, and in any case within the period allowed by Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
- If we cannot do all of it, we explain why. For example, we must keep invoices and payment records for six years to meet tax obligations, so we cannot delete those on request — but we can stop using them for anything else.
What you can ask for
- A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- A correction to anything wrong or out of date — a changed number, a misspelt name, the wrong delivery address.
- Deletion of information we no longer have a reason to keep.
- To stop marketing, which we action immediately. Replying STOP to any message does the same thing.
- An explanation of why we hold something, or who we shared it with.
If you are not satisfied
Come back to us first — most of it is a misunderstanding we can fix. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana at dataprotection.org.gh.
