Marketing Consent Notice

We only send marketing messages to people who have asked for them. This page sets out exactly what you are agreeing to when you tick the box.
What we send

What is not marketing
Messages about something you have actually ordered are not marketing and are not covered by this consent. We will still send you these even if you never tick the box, because you need them:
- Confirmation that we received your enquiry
- Your quote
- Booking confirmations and the day-before reminder
- Your invoice and receipt
- Anything about a delivery or a job in progress
How to stop
Reply STOP to any marketing message, on any channel. That stops all of them — WhatsApp, SMS and email — not just the one you replied to. You do not have to give a reason, and it will not affect your orders, your prices or how we treat you.

Our commitments
- Consent is never bundled. Agreeing to marketing is a separate tick from placing an order, and the box is never pre-ticked.
- Buying from us is never conditional on accepting marketing.
- We record when you gave consent, on which channel, and the exact wording you agreed to — so we can always show you what you said yes to.
- We never sell, rent or pass your number to another business for their marketing.
- We stop within one working day of you telling us to.
