Who we are and how to reach us

Lennie Farms Ghana grows habanero pepper and other vegetables in Greater Accra and provides tractor, ploughing, land preparation, lawn and horticulture services. We are the data controller for the personal information described on this page.

What we collect

We only ask for what we need to answer you and to deliver what you order:

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your bank card details, your mobile money PIN, or any government identity number.

Why we use it

PurposeWhat this means in practice
Answering your enquiryReplying to your message, preparing and sending a quote.
Fulfilling an order or bookingScheduling delivery or a site visit, assigning a crew, arriving where you asked.
Invoicing and paymentIssuing invoices and receipts, taking payment, chasing what is owed.
Keeping business recordsMeeting our tax and accounting obligations in Ghana.
Marketing, only if you agreeWeekly price lists, reorder reminders, seasonal offers. Separate consent, and you can stop it at any time.

Consent to marketing is never a condition of buying from us. If you tick nothing, we will still answer you and still deliver.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We do use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:

Some of these providers operate outside Ghana, which means your information may be processed abroad. We only use providers who commit to appropriate security, and we share the minimum they need.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana, at dataprotection.org.gh. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right, but that route is always open to you.
